Aferian plc (LSE AIM: AFRN), the B2B video streaming solutions company, announces that on 31 August 2023 Donald McGarva, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 77,519 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a purchase price of 12.9 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Purchase"). Following the Purchase, Donald McGarva and his PCA's are beneficially interested in 839,627 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.8% of the Company's issued share capital.
