According to the notification, Finaline Business Limited has signed a sharetransfer agreement with Hanwa Co. Ltd ('Hanwa') concerning a sale and transferof 27,000,000 shares in Ruukki Group Plc. After the completion, the transactionwill result in Finaline Business Limited increasing above 10 per cent andbecoming a 10.88 per cent holder of the shares and voting rights in Ruukki.Pursuant to the share transfer agreement, the transaction shall be completed on28 December 2011 at the latest but all or part of the transaction shares may betransferred prior to that date. 1.
