Afren plc'sΒ total issued shareΒ capital consistsΒ 446,271,536Β of OrdinaryΒ Shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") with voting rights. No Ordinary Shares are held in treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Afren plc isΒ 446,271,536.
The above figureΒ (446,271,536Β Ordinary Shares) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Afren plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
