Director's Shareholding
The Company confirms that Shahid Ullah, Chief Operating Officer, was allotted 187,500 Ordinary Shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") on 3 November 2009 as part of a contractual share award granted to him on his appointment to the Board of the Company on 1st July 2008. Following this award, Shahid Ullah's total beneficial holding in the Company is 1,837,500 Ordinary Shares.
