Director's Shareholding

The Company confirms that Shahid Ullah, Chief Operating Officer, was today granted 375,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") as part of the 2,025,000 Ordinary Shares previously announced to be awarded to him subject to certain timing and performance criteria to January 2010. 

Following the grant, Shahid Ullah's total beneficial holding is 375,000 Ordinary Shares.
