AXA Group - Disaggregation Exemption Notification
Following the disaggregation exemption notified to the FSA under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules on 17th October 2011, AXA SA and its subsidiary notifying Group entities, acting independently from their parent and from each other, no longer have any reportable holdings in Afren Plc on a Group aggregated basis. However, AllianceBernstein LP has now crossed the 5% threshold and has a holding of 8.28% and 88,600,671 shares on a Group disaggregated basis as an independent Group subsidiary
