ADVFN PLC06 November 2007 6 November 2007 ADVFN PLC (The "Company") Exercise of Options The Company announces that options to subscribe for 333,333 ordinary shares ofone pence each in the Company have been exercised by Ray Negus a director of thecompany, at a price of 1.25p per share and a further 83,333 options have beenexercised by staff at a price of 1.75p per share. The total of 416,666 shareshave been allotted and application for the shares to be admitted to trading onAIM has been made to the London Stock Exchange. Admission of and dealings inthese shares are expected to commence on 12 November 2007. Following the exercise, Ray Negus has an interest in 666,666 ordinary sharesequal to a 0.11 per cent interest in the ordinary share capital of the Company. Following this issue of shares, the Company has a total of 593,109,102 ordinaryshares of 1p each in issue, each carrying one voting right. The Company holdsno shares in treasury.
