Exercise and award of Options, TVR and Director / PDMR Shareholding

ADVFN announces that Mr Clem Chambers, CEO, on 15 January 2019 exercised existing options over a total of 40,000 ordinary shares of 0.2p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £0.3125 per Ordinary Share.

Accordingly, an application will be made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares in issue and it is expected that Admission will become effective and dealings will commence on or around 23 January 2019.

Following Admission, the Company will have 25,663,846 Ordinary Shares in issue and admitted to trading on AIM and Mr Chambers will be interested in 563,198 Ordinary Shares representing 2.19% of the Company's enlarged issued share capital.

The Board on 15 January 2019 awarded an option to Clem Chambers to subscribe for, in aggregate, 80,000 new Ordinary Shares pursuant to the Company's Share Option Plan 2014 ("Option Plan"). Under the Option Plan, the exercise price of the options is equal to the closing mid-market price of an Ordinary Share for the last dealing day immediately preceding the date on which the option is to be granted, in this instance being 27.5p on Monday, 14 January 2019. The new options (representing 0.3 per cent. of the current issued share capital of the Company) vest on 24 January 2019 and lapse unless otherwise exercised on 12 December 2024.
