Issue of options
The Company announces that on 7 June 2018, the board of directors of ADVFN agreed to award the following new options to directors of the Company:

The option award to the directors in aggregate represents approximately 1.3% of the current issued share capital of 25,623,846 ordinary shares.
The new options vest in full with effect from 10 June 2018 and must be exercised on or before 12 December 2024.
