Director/PDMR Shareholding
ADVFN today announces that Michael Hodges, a director of ADVFN, has informed the Company that on 19 June 2017 the legal title of 8,000 ordinary shares of 0.2 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company was transferred into his name as an inheritance.
Accordingly, Michael Hodges' aggregate beneficial interest (direct and indirect) has increased by 8,000 Ordinary Shares to 26,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 3.31% per cent. of the issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company. Michael Hodges' indirect interest is through On-Line PLC of which he holds a 17.9 per cent, beneficial interest.
