Alpha FMC (AIM: AFM), a leading global provider of specialist consultancy services to the Asset and Wealth Management industry, announces that it has been notified that Euan Fraser, Global Chief Executive Officer, sold on 27 and 30 November 2020 a total of 1,042,596 ordinary shares of 0.075p each ('Ordinary Shares') in the Company, following the third anniversary of the Company's IPO and admission to trading on AIM.
Following this sale, Euan Fraser holds 615,637 MIP options and JSOP Shares awards and he and his immediate family are beneficially interested in 563,485 Ordinary Shares representing 0.55% of the Company's total voting rights.
