Total Voting Rights
The Board of AFH, a leading financial planning led investment management firm, announces that the issued share capital of the Company at the date of this announcement comprises 24,091,284 ordinary shares of 10 pence (the "Ordinary Shares"). Following the share buyback, as announced on 26 April 2016, the Company holds 42,736 Ordinary Shares in treasury which do not carry any voting rights. Therefore the total number of Ordinary Shares carrying voting rights in the Company is 24,048,548.
The above figure of 24,048,548 may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
