Director shareholding
The Board of AFH, a leading financial planning led investment management firm, is pleased to announce that Toby Denne, Chief Investment Officer, has today acquired 20,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") at a price of 145 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this share purchase, Toby Denne is beneficially interested in 454,411 Ordinary Shares which represents approximately 2.27 per cent. of the current issued share capital of AFH.
