Cairo, 16 June 2021 - Ezz Steel (EGX: ESRS; London Stock Exchange: AEZD),
In response to several inquiries from investors and research departments of investment banks, the company wishes to clarify that total exports in Q1 2021 reached USD 269 million, of which USD 208 million flat steel Hot Rolled Coils (HRC) and USD 69 million wire rods. This is an increase of 47% over exports in Q4 2020 which amounted to USD 183 million, of which USD 137 million HRC and USD 46 million wire rods.
