Aminex PLC30 June 2006 AMINEX PLC ANNUAL INFORMATION UPDATE Annual Information Document for the period from 30 May 2005 up to and including29 June 2006. The Company published its annual financial statements in respectof the year ended 31 December 2005 on 30 May 2006. This annual information document has been prepared by Aminex PLC ("the Company")in accordance with the provisions of Part 11 of the Prospectus Directive (2003/71/EC) Regulations 2005 (S.I.
