AEW UK REIT PLC ("THE COMPANY")

The Company was today informed that Bim Sandhu, a non-executive Director of the Company, had on 12 May 2015 acquired an interest in 350,000 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each of the Company (representing 0.348% of the total voting rights) at a price of 100 pence per share.

These are held as follows:

100,000 Ordinary Shares held in Mr Sandhu's spouse's name, Mrs Pardeep Sandhu, 100,000 Ordinary Shares held in The Santon Pension Fund (a SSAS for him and his spouse) and 150,000 Ordinary Shares held in The Sandhu Charitable Foundation.
