Purchase of Ordinary Shares for Treasury

The Company announces that on 11 April 2023, it purchased for holding in treasury 350,000 ordinary shares of 1 cent each at a price of 93.5 cents per share, in accordance with the authority granted by shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting held on 9 June 2022.

Following this transaction, the Company has 16,152,452 ordinary shares held in treasury and 392,073,253 ordinary shares in circulation. The total number of ordinary shares in issue is 408,225,705.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
