Grant of Options
Aeorema Communications plc, the AIM-traded live events agency, announces that it has granted options ("Options") over new shares of 12.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
A total of 150,000 Options have been granted to three senior members of staff under the Company's EMI share option scheme.
The Options are exercisable at 60 pence per Ordinary Share (being the closing mid-market price of an Ordinary Share on 23 May 2022), will vest on 23 May 2025 and can be exercised from the date of vesting until 5:00 p.m. on the business day before the 10th anniversary of the date of grant.
The Options granted represent 2 per cent of the Company's current issued share capital. In total 1,770,000 options over Ordinary Shares are now outstanding, representing 19 per cent of the Company's current issued share capital.
