Issue of Options
The Company announces that it has granted the following share options (the "Options") to Christopher Foster (Executive Director) and Kevin Baker (Chief Executive) (together, the "Directors");

The Options have been issued with an exercise price of 6.375 pence, being the average closing-middle market price of the three days following the release of the Company's accounts to 31 December 2008 on 19 May 2009. The options vest immediately and are exercisable until 22 May 2019.
Following the issue of the Options, the Directors will hold the following share options;
