Buckland Group PLC22 June 2007 BUCKLAND GROUP PLC ("Buckland" or "The Company") ACQUISITION On 6 June 2007 the Company sent a circular to shareholders detailing a placing,share capital reorganisation, change of name and notice of EGM. This circularalso contained details of the acquisition of Gasignition limited.
