("the Company")
Clean Energy Brazil plc is pleased to announce that, following the surrender of 13,863,929 ordinary shares by Unialco SA as announced on 25 August 2011 and the resolution to cancel them which was approved at the AGM on 29 November 2011, these shares have been cancelled. As a result of the cancellation of these shares the Company has 133,700,000 ordinary voting shares in issue.
The above statement of voting shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
