Sale of Agricultural Assets-Progress Update
Following the announcement made on 1 June 2012 relating to the sale of CEB's entire interest in Unialco M/S to Unialco S/A, CEB is pleased to announce that following the installment payment made on 14 August 2012 the amount received to date is USD $5 million in total. The balance outstanding were Uniaclo S/A to make payment in full today is USD $11,815,945. CEB intends to continue to implement its stated strategy of selling its last investment (Unialco M/S), monitoring our costs and returning capital to shareholders.
