Transaction in own shares
The Company announces that, pursuant to the general authority given to it at the Company's 2016 Annual General Meeting, it purchased 4,261 Shares for cancellation on 2 March 2017 (the "Purchase") at a price of 315p per Share.
The Company advises that, following the Purchase and cancellation, the Company's issued share capital is 22,511,990 Shares. The Company does not hold any Shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 22,511,990. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
