Directorate changes
AdEPT (AIM: ADT), one of the UK's leading independent providers of managed services for IT, unified communications, connectivity, voice and cloud services, announces that Christopher Kingsman has resigned as a non-executive director of the Company with immediate effect.
Christopher Kingsman said, "I have thoroughly enjoyed my time working with the team at AdEPT. The business is extremely well run, and Ian has built a platform that will allow our new CEO to build a long-term growth company. It was a pleasure to be part of the process in recruiting Phil Race as our new Chief Executive and endorsing his vision for the next phase of AdEPT's growth. I remain as the largest shareholder in the Group and fully support the strategic direction of the Company. Now that Phil has transitioned to the CEO role, I no longer feel the need to be on the board and want to free up time for my other business interests."
Ian Fishwick, Chairman said, "Christopher is a great friend and supporter of the Company. We would like to thank him for his advice and encouragement and wish him well and look forward to working with him as a shareholder. Through his investment vehicle, Greenwood Investments, Christopher remains our largest shareholder and we will stay close to him, just as we do with all major shareholders."
