Director increases shareholding

AdEPT (AIM: ADT), one of the UK's leading independent providers of managed services for IT, unified communications, connectivity and voice solutions, was notified on 12 December 2017 that Christopher Kingsman (Non-Executive Director) had increased his shareholding in the Company following the purchase of 10,000 ordinary shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") by Greenwood Investments Limited at a price of 288p per Ordinary Share.

Following the purchase, Mr Kingsman has a total beneficial interest in 4,010,000 Ordinary Shares held via Greenwood Investments Limited, representing approximately 16.9 per cent. of the current issued share capital of the Company.
