Grant of Share Options

Pan Pacific Aggregates plc (AIM:PPA), an operator of quarries in British Columbia, announces that on 21 October 2010 ("Grant Date"), the Board of Directors granted 90,000,000 options over ordinary shares of Β£0.001 in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), under the Company's Unapproved Share Option Scheme No. 2 ("Unapproved Scheme") to executive directors and employees. The options have an exercise price of 0.4 pence per Ordinary Share and are exercisable before 21 October 2015. The options granted by the Board relate to 3.8 per cent. of the total issued share capital of the Company.
