Admiral Group PLC04 April 2008 Admiral Group plc Directors' interests The Trustees of The White Elephant Trust have informed the Company that theTrust, which was for the benefit of Diane Briere De L'Isle-Engelhardt and familymembers was dissolved on 1 April 2008. The shares that were held in Trust wereheld through Tiered Plains Ltd, a company registered in Gibraltar. Tiered PlainsLtd is now wholly owned by Diane Briere De L'Isle-Engelhardt, wife of the ChiefExecutive, Henry Engelhardt. Mr Engelhardt's disclosable interest in the sharecapital of the Company, including shares held by his wife, remains unchanged at40,490,720 shares (15.4%). The Company has also been advised that Keith James, a non-executive director ofthe Company, sold 16,000 shares on 2 April 2008 in the capital of the Company,at a price of 806.5 pence per share. Also on 2 April 2008 Linda James, wife ofKeith James purchased 16,000 shares in the capital of the Company, at a price of806.75 pence per share. The disclosable interest of Mr James in the capital ofthe Company, including shares held by his wife, remain unchanged at 44,500shares (0.02%).
