This disclosure relates to a single transaction of which notification is required under paragraph 3.1.2. of the Disclosure Rules. 

On 31 October 2005 Kevin Chidwick the Finance Director was awarded 28,103 shares in the Groups Senior Executive Restricted Share Plan. These fully vested on Friday 31 October 2008. 16,557 shares have been retained, being the net award after tax. 11,546 shares were sold at £8.98 on 31 October 2008.

Kevin Chidwick holds 18,679 ordinary shares in Admiral Group.
