UPDATE ON TTS PROJECT DISPOSAL
Further to the announcement on 13 January 2017 in relation to the proposed disposal of its interest in the Tian Tong Shan Villa Project, ADAM announces that it has been advised that the first payment of RMB 50 million (approximately US$7.2 million) due from the exercise of the Put Option (as defined in the announcement on 4 January 2017) will be received on or around 23 February 2017, rather than 6 February 2017.
