China Private Equity Investment Holdings Limited
("CPE" or the "Company")
Completed Disposal of Investment AIP Global Holdings Limited ("AIP Global")
Further to the announcement made on 18 September 2013, the Company announces that, today, it has completed the agreement to dispose of its entire holding in AIP Global. The final agreed cash consideration is HK$12 million (equivalent to approximately US$1.5 million). The book value of the Company's investment in AIP Global was US$1 million as at 31 December 2012.
