The Company has been notified on 29 November 2020 that Mr. John Croft, Executive Chairman of the Company, has purchased a total of 33,000 ordinary shares at a weighted average price of 21.47 pence per ordinary share. The purchases, all part of one order, took place on 20th November (3,500 shares), 23rd November (10,500 shares), and 27th November 2020 (19,000 shares), respectively. Following these transactions, Mr. John Croft holds 118,463 ordinary shares representing 0.10% of the voting rights in the issued share capital of the Company, excluding shares held in treasury.
