Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company was informed today that on 21 November 2011 Imperia Capital International Holdings Limited ("Imperia Capital") sold 8,573,964 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of US$0.4225 per share. Duncan Chui, CEO of the Company, is a director and 25% shareholder of Imperia Capital. Of the shares sold, 7,573,964 Ordinary Shares are now held by Evergreen Solar, Inc.
Following this transaction, Imperia Capital now has a holding of 11,727,926 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 15.89% of the issued share capital and voting rights of the Company. Outside of his interest through Imperia Capital, Duncan Chui has no further holdings of Ordinary Shares and is therefore considered to be beneficially interested in 11,727,926 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 15.89% of the issued share capital and voting rights of the Company.
