AIM Disclosure Update
Adamas Finance Asia Limited (the "Company") wishes to make the following disclosure pursuant to paragraph (g) (v) of Schedule Two of the AIM Rules for Companies.
In the AIM admission document dated 30 September 2009, the Company disclosed certain matters relating to the liquidation of Home Media Networks Limited ("Home Media") of which John Croft, Non-executive Chairman of the Company, was appointed as a director on 24 July 2001.
The Company wishes to clarify that on 13 January 2006, Home Media was placed into compulsory liquidation and dissolved on 26 January 2008. The liquidator's statement of final outcome showed that preferential creditors were paid in full and a dividend was paid to the floating charge creditor.In addition, Mr. Croft is a director of Global Operations & Administration Limited, Goal Global Recoveries Limited, Goal Taxback Limited. Each of these companies is a wholly owned subsidiary of Goal Group Limited of which Mr. Croft is a director as set out in the Company's AIM admission document dated 30 January 2014.There are no other disclosures required in relation to paragraph (g) (v) of Schedule Two of the AIM Rules for Companies.
