Statement re suspension

Pursuant to a general meeting of 30 July 2010, the Board of Adalta Real Plc ("Adalta Real" or the "Company") was authorised to adopt a new investing policy. This policy is based predominantly upon commercial property agency and development consultancy. In addition the Company was authorised to invest in commercial property as well as acquisition and development.

Under AIM Rule 15 the Company had 12 months in which to implement this investing policy. As at today's date, the shares have been suspended pending the implementation in accordance with this Rule.

The Company continues to pursue the authorised investing policy, and will notify the market of any further developments.
