Actual Experience plc (AIM: ACT), the analytics-as-a-service company, announces that Stephen Davidson has informed the Board of his intention to retire from his role as Chairman by the time of the 2022 AGM, in what will be his ninth year with the Company. The Board will conduct a formal process to appoint a successor and a further announcement regarding this will be made in due course.

Stephen joined the Board as Chairman in February 2014, at the time of the Company's listing on the AIM market. Stephen was instrumental in building a strong Board and helped the Company establish a strong and supportive shareholder base.
