Statement re Share Price Movement
The Board of Watermark has noted the recent significant rise in the Company's share price and announces that they are not aware of any reason for the movement. There Company has received no further update on the situation regarding the Acid Mine Drainage ("AMD") project being progressed by it's wholly owned subsidiary, Western Utilities Corporation, since the announcement made on 16 December 2010.
