Appointment of Director

The Directors ofΒ WatermarkΒ Global Plc areΒ pleased to announce the appointment of Adam Gunn as a non-executive director of the Company.
Mr Gunn (34) is a South African lawyer and aΒ Director ofΒ Routledge Modise which is part of Eversheds International. He specialises in environmental law, having qualified with Webber Wentzel Bowens. AfterΒ working for a periodΒ in the mining industry with Ridge Mining, where he was senior legal adviser, he joined the legal practice at Edward Nathan Sonnenbergs as a partner. He joined his current firm in April 2008. He is a member of the Law Society of the Northern Provinces of South AfricaΒ and has had experience advising and working with public companies.
There are no other disclosures required under Schedule 2 paragraph (g) of the AIM rules.
