Appointment of Director

The Directors of Watermark Global Plc are pleased to announce the appointment of Adam Gunn as a non-executive director of the Company.
Mr Gunn (34) is a South African lawyer and a Director of Routledge Modise which is part of Eversheds International. He specialises in environmental law, having qualified with Webber Wentzel Bowens. After working for a period in the mining industry with Ridge Mining, where he was senior legal adviser, he joined the legal practice at Edward Nathan Sonnenbergs as a partner. He joined his current firm in April 2008. He is a member of the Law Society of the Northern Provinces of South Africa and has had experience advising and working with public companies.
There are no other disclosures required under Schedule 2 paragraph (g) of the AIM rules.
Peter Marks, Chairman of Watermark, said: "We are delighted that Adam has agreed to join the Board. He will provide us with invaluable expertise in the crucial area of environmental legislation. This will be of enormous benefit to us in dealings with our customers as well as between the Company and the various regulatory bodies in South Africa and elsewhere, where environmental and regulatory issues are of increasing importance."
