Director Shareholding

Armadale, the AIM quoted investment company focused on natural resource projects in Africa, announces that on 15 September 2014 it was notified that on 12 September 2014, Justin Lewis, director of the Company, purchased 10,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each in the capital of the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) at a price of 0.0877 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Justin Lewis holds 93,000,000 Ordinary Shares representing 2.54 per cent of the Company’s issued share capital.
