("Asian Citrus" or "the Company")

Director dealings

Asian Citrus was notified on 16 March 2012 that Mr. Tong Wang Chow bought and Mr. Cheung Wai Sun sold 120,000 ordinary shares of HK$0.01 each in the Company at the price of HK$5.67 (46.63 pence*) per share.

Mr. Tong Wang Chow is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Following this transaction, Mr. Tong now holds 320,000 ordinary shares under his personal account and is deemed to be interested in 275,069,919 ordinary shares held by Market Ahead Investments Limited, representing 0.03% and 22.42% of the Company's issued share capital respectively. Mr. Tong's total beneficial holding is therefore now 275,389,919 ordinary shares, representing 22.45% of the Company's issued share capital and he also holds 3,850,000 employee share options

Mr. Cheung Wai Sun is an Executive Director of the Company. Following this transaction, Mr. Cheung now holds 1,320,000 employee share options.
