Asian Citrus Holdings Ltd15 January 2007 For immediate release 15 January 2007 Asian Citrus Holdings Limited ("Asian Citrus", "the Group" or "the Company") Appointment of Finance Director Asian Citrus announces the appointment of Mr. SUNG Chi Keung, 31, to the Boardas Finance Director of the Company with immediate effect. Mr. Sung joined Asian Citrus in August 2004 and is currently the Chief FinancialOfficer of the Company. Mr. Sung is responsible for financial management,financial information analysis and accounting for the Group. He has over eightyear's experience in financial management, accounting, taxation, auditing andcorporate finance and has held different positions in various internationalaccounting firms and a corporate finance firm. Mr. Sung is an associate member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified PublicAccountants and a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountantsand holds a bachelor's degree in business administration, majoring inaccountancy, from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and a master's degree incorporate finance from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
