10 November 2014 African Barrick Gold plc (the "Company" or "ABG") Notice of General Meeting for Change of Company Name ABG has scheduled a General Meeting for Wednesday 26 November 2014 to be heldat Bell Pottinger, Holborn Gate, 330 High Holborn, London, WC1V 7QD at 12.00noon (UK time). The purpose of the General Meeting is to consider and, if thought fit, approvea change of company name by special resolution from African Barrick Gold plc toAcacia Mining plc. Our core objective is to develop a business that isrecognised as a leading independent mining Company in Africa and it istherefore important that our Company name reflects this.
