ABG today announces that Kevin Jennings, Executive Director and Chief FinancialOfficer of ABG has given notice that he intends to leave the Company in orderto take up a similar role at another mining company. Kevin will remain with ABGas part of the team overseeing the completion of the initial stages of theOperational Review. Jaco Maritz, currently Vice President, Finance, will assumeKevin's day to day responsibilities.

Kevin Jennings, said: "It has been a difficult decision to leave ABG, a companywith both great assets and people. I have taken real pleasure over the pastthree years in seeing the business develop and believe ABG will continue tobuild on the strong platform we have established."
