12 May 2014 African Barrick Gold plc (the "Company" or "ABG") Conversion Rate for 2013 Final Dividend Further to the announcement of the arrangements for the 2013 final dividendprovided with the Company's annual report, ABG has determined that the exchangerate to be applied to the 2013 final dividend is £1=US$1.6851. The sterlingequivalent of the dividend of 2.0 cents per share will be approximately 1.2pence per share. The final dividend will be paid on 23 May 2014 to shareholders on the registeron 2 May 2014.
