Final dividend for the year ended 15 September 2018
Further to the announcement released earlier today by Associated British Foods plc (the 'Company') of its final results for the year ended 15 September 2018, the Company confirms that, subject to the approval of shareholders at the Company's AGM to be held on 7 December 2018, a final dividend of 33.3 pence per share will be paid on 11 January 2019 to shareholders on the Company's register of members at the close of business on 14 December 2018. The ex-dividend date will be 13 December 2018.
The Company operates a dividend reinvestment plan ('DRIP'). The final date for receipt or withdrawal of elections under the DRIP will be 18 December 2018.
