In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the total number of ordinary shares of 5p of the Company in issue at 31 October 2022 is 105,954,348 with each share holding one voting right.
The Company also holds 11,144,701 shares in Treasury.
The above figure (105,954,348) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest, in the Company, under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
