Director/PDMR Shareholding Notification
Cambridge, UK: Abcam plc (AIM: ABC), a global leader in the supply of life science research tools, was notified on 2 December that Jim Warwick, Executive Director of the Company, on 2 December 2016 exercised options over 30,000 ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") of 0.2 pence each in the Company at an exercise price of 0.2 pence per share, and subsequently sold the resulting Ordinary shares at £8.08375 per share.
As a result of the transaction described above, Jim Warwick's total interest in the Company remains at 2,881,381 Ordinary Shares.
The notification for Mr Warwick can be found below. This announcement is made in accordance with Article 19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation 596/2014.
