Director/PDMR Shareholding Notification
Cambridge, UK: Abcam plc (AIM: ABC), a global leader in the supply of life science research tools, was notified on 10 September 2019 that Alan Hirzel, Chief Executive Officer, had purchased 4,350 Ordinary Shares of 0.2 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of £11.3895 per share. Following this transaction, Mr Hennessy's total interest in the Company has increased to a total of 142,558 Ordinary Shares.
