Imaginatik PLC17 March 2008 Imaginatik Plc ("Imaginatik" or the "Company") Share Subscription 17 March 2008 Further to the announcement made on 10 March 2008, senior management includingShawn Taylor, Chief Financial Officer, have subscribed for a total of 453,846new ordinary shares in Imaginatik at a price of 4.875p per share, the closingmid market price on 7 March 2008. Shawn Taylor's resultant holding following Admission will be 1,325,711 ordinaryshares representing 1.06% of the enlarged share capital. Application for Admission has been made today and is expected to occur on 25March 2008. Following Admission, the Company will have 125,090,957 ordinary shares in issue.
