Five Year Contract Win

Imaginatik plc (AIM: IMTK.L), the world's first full service innovation provider offering a range of consultancy and technology products, is pleased to announce it has signed a significant five-year technology and consultancy contract with a global manufacturer of construction and mining equipment.

This contract win is a significant extension of an initial consultancy engagement with the customer which was announced and commenced in March this year. Following positive results and a competitive tender process, the customer has now signed a long term contract with Imaginatik for the delivery of a full technology platform with some additional consultancy services.

The customer selected Imaginatik as a result of its comprehensive and scalable offering, as well as its focus on customer service.
