Imaginatik plc (AIM: IMTK.L), the world's first full service innovation provider offering a range of technology products and consultancy, announces that it has been notified that today Matt Cooper, Executive Chairman, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 5 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this purchase, Mr Cooper now holds 13,220,317 Ordinary Shares, representing 21.4 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
